Kinetic Motion exhibit in PA, paintings from 10/03/08, the BuzzUniverse cruise around Manhattan and more….
But most recently, I am aware of the presence of God because of one simple fact:
PHISH IS GETTING BACK TOGETHER AT THE MOTHERSHIP.

(Drew Wajnert, head of Phanphest Entertainment clowns around at the last Hampton Phish show)
The site of my first show. A weekend that changed my life in ways unimaginable. An ignition of my passion for artwork again. I owe a lot to that singular experience and a parking lot full of people, trying to live a life that’s completely free……
So it’s fitting to me. Apropos in the way that Phish magic has been for me in many, many ways. So we plan on being there with lots of art and…
BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A CRB SPECIAL EDITION PRINTING OF A HAMPTON PHISH POSTER TO CELEBRATE AND COMMEMORATE THIS EVENT.
I can’t wait to paint something up for this one. It’s going to be the best thing I’ve ever done. Fo real.
I’m also considering painting a piece in the lot over the course of the three days, incorporating the sets of each day into the piece. Going all out for this one. We’ll also have lots of paintings there and, I’m sure, new captures.
So there’s that. I’d also like to take a minute and say thank you to BuzzUniverse for the cruise around Manhattan on 09/25/08 It rained and the ride was choppy at times, but we persevered. Leroy Justice kicked it off in style despite a bouncy jaunt through the water. The keyboardist’s keys fell over and he continued playing sideways until that particular song was completed. That guy gets a gold star.
We tied the canvas to pole and weathered the rain and spray that sometimes flew into the boat. Fittingly, we went around the Statue of Liberty, which was a first for me and pretty amazing considering everything. I, of course, got my liberty vibe on.

At the end of the night as we were clearing out, they got us all together for pictures and someone started singing the National Anthem and everyone joined in, myself included. And I mean we BELTED it out! I felt pretty proud to be American at that moment, and felt grateful to be able to participate, at least in some manner, in government by learning and studying the candidates. The pending election really has me thinking about some bigger picture things, so it seemed fitting that I went around the statue at this point in time in my life.
Happy to be a registered voter. Happy to exercise my choice.
And a HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE IN THE BAND AND AT THE DONEGAL SALOON!
Buzz Universe included my painting in the CD inset! And gave me props and a shout out!!! Big love for sharing the creative energy and positivity and everything else. I loveĀ you guys so much and I hope that you receive the best things in life. GO SEE THIS BAND!! You will dance your ass off. Really.
Greg and Jill…thanks for the crash space. We really appreciated it and everything that you do. Thanks for being great extended Phamily.

Big thank you to Tom and Sara and a hearty happy birthday to her. These lovely folks opened up their home to us the day after the show. Attached is a skunkirrific painting I made for her birthday present while I was there. She cooked like a madwoman and Tom cleaned like he was Prince and it was 1999. Shirts against blouses and what not.
We had a great time and it’s always wonderful to see them.
On Sunday, we drove to Pottsville, PA to drop off several paintings for an exhibit that opened last night called Kinetic Motion. It’s happening at the Many Worlds Gallery. Please check out the website and see the images they used of my art for promotion. I have a lot of pieces hung there so go check them out if you’re in the area. We’re planning a visit there soon and would love some company. Reach out if there’s any interest. We could go wine tasting or something prior. ![]()
The show lasts until November 29th.
Last night I painted in Charlottesville, VA to Silo Effect, the Green Light Society, KJ Sawka (AMAZING) and Dr. Fameus at Dust.
Unfortunately, I ended up hitting the wall during Sawka’s set and went to nap in the car, thinking I could catch about twenty minutes and get back to it. Nothing doing. I slept until eight in the morning so didn’t get a chance to paint Fameus. But the body needs what it needs, so who am I to argue. I did manage to finish one piece and create another during KJ Sawka. I’m going to continue to work on that one in the studio because it’s inspiring me quite a bit. I want to make it super psychedelic.
But here’s the thing.
TWO GIRLS WALKED OUT WITH TWO OF MY PAINTINGS.
They were confronted by the owner of the place, as well as the management. They told everyone that they had painted them and they were theirs to take. One of those paintings was created at Floydfest this year to Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad.

But yeah…they STOLE two of my works. I think the other was just a blank canvas, but still…so if anyone knows who those people were, please let me know. One girl was shorter and the other was taller and had braided, brunette hair. My friend Kevo said he thinks one of their names might have been Ellie and the shorter girl looked somewhat Asian to him. I’m hoping it was all some sort of misunderstanding, so we’ll see what happens.
Anyway. That’ll teach me to be more careful from now on, especially with particular crowds. Mad respect to Weapons of Mass Production, however. The show was amazing and I can’t wait to do more stuff with you guys in the future. Joe and co…you guys are amazing human beings. Sorry you had to weather some negative vibes later during the evening. Props to Green Light Society and Silo Effect for ROCKING OUT. Yehon…pleasure to see you my friend. I have no idea what to say about the sketch. Weird. Here’s the painting I did to those guys…I call it Green Silo Light Beacon to Mars.

And here’s what was painted during Sawka’s set and later today at my home…

So now what? Potential showing at the Seed Gallery in New Jersey…larger prints to show soon which LOOK AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I’m attaching the price list for the watercolor paper prints again so if anyone wants something they’ve seen done, they can order it in a variety of sizes. They are seriously accurate prints and they’ll last forever. Just wait til you see em.
The website has been a little off recently due to some unknown internal error. More products will be up soon and the glitches will be fixed. Please contact me directly in the meantime if there’s a work you’d like to purchase, either original or print.
So I think that’s it for now. Mad love, respect and blessings to all of you.
May you be well, healthy, happy and holy.
Namaste.
